Receita: Bolo com Farinha de Banana Verde

Ingredientes:

200 gramas de banana passa
4 bananas nanica
2 xícaras de chá de açúcar
1 xícara de chá de óleo
4 ovos
cravo em pó a gosto
canela em pó a gosto
2 xícaras de chá de farinha de banana verde ou de rosca
2 colheres de sopa de fermento em pó

 

 

Modo de Preparo:

Bata no liquidificador as bananas, o açúcar, óleo, os ovos, o cravo e a canela. Adicione a farinha e misture mais um pouco. Despeje a massa em um recipiente e misture com a banana passa cortada em pequenos pedaços, o cravo e a canela. Por fim, coloque o fermento em pó. Despeje a massa em uma assadeira untada e enfarinhada. Leve para assar por cerca de 40 minutos a 180 graus.
